Cloquet Pump Station

This project was completed for the Western Lake Superior Sanitary District. Initially we were hired to complete block and structural steel repairs, along with some painting and exhaust venting. Once we got started, additional structural issues were discovered. The project plans were then updated and we installed structural shoring to keep the building stable, removed and replaced all of the exterior walls on the west side, and added and reinforced structural steel beams. This project challenged us to create a repair plan that was safe for our employees and those that work at the Cloquet Pump Station. This was a rewarding project to complete and extended the life of the building by many years!
