The owner of the Grand Marais Dairy Queen needed help with exterior upgrades, which was a great project for our carpentry team. This project included framing, painting, metal trim, putting in a moisture barrier, and installing new efis.

Our team worked for several months on the expansion of the Menard’s in Hermantown, MN. Included in this expansion was the construction of a new gate canopy, garden center, and a full addition on the accessory building. All of our crews, including concrete, excavation, and carpentry were involved with bringing this project to completion!
This project involved many upgrades to the existing wastewater treatment system. Five additional tanks were added with an aerobic treatment system, along with UV lights, pumps, and blowers. Generator backups, underground piping and new control systems were also installed. These updates allowed the City of Tamarack to meet all of the state mandated requirements.
